time2act cover: a person anchors a beam of light into a blockchain network with a phone

A book for the age of disinformation

Synthetic forgeries are no longer a game: they clone voices to empty bank accounts, fabricate evidence, erase witnesses and erode trust in everything we see. Across 114 chapters and thirteen parts, time2act traces how this wave hits energy, the real economy, science, justice, markets and democracy — and what each of us can do about it, today.

The answer it proposes is as simple as it is powerful: proof of existence. A digital fingerprint computed on the device and anchored in a public blockchain transaction proves what existed, and when, without revealing the content or depending on any authority. On that neutral tool, the book builds a roadmap for people, companies and institutions to win back trust.

A work anchored on the blockchain

This book practices what it preaches: its initial edition is certified with the very tool it describes — a SHA-512 fingerprint anchored in a public blockchain transaction, fixing its content and its date beyond alteration. In the author's words:

And, to be didactic about what we will show you in this book, the author can be proven whenever he decides: the initial edition, bearing his real name, has been certified in perpetuity on the blockchain in this transaction.

This fingerprint and transaction belong to the English edition; each edition carries its own certification. See also the Catalan edition's and the Spanish edition's.

If at any point the author wished to reveal his identity, it would be enough for him to show the contents of the file that yields exactly the same hash as the one certified on the blockchain, so that anyone in the world — forensic computer experts included — can be certain of the integrity of the data.

All rights to this work are reserved in that same blockchain certification, which fixes its content and its date beyond alteration. With that reservation made, the work is free: any third party may use it, quote it, or share it, provided they name the source, time2act.info. And if someone does not and tries to appropriate the work, in whole or in part, sooner or later the blockchain will prove what was written, and when; and that will be enough to unmask them.

Learning and applying this simple but powerful combination is what will allow us to fight the lies in the digital environment that shapes the destiny of the world we have been given to live in.

Who is Kimèric?

In the silence of a page given freely to anyone with the curiosity to read it, the voice of time2act is an attempt to shake the psyche of the world we have been given to live in.

I can be present within every line and, at the same time, absent from the cover. This reticence is not a game of mystery but the very condition of the project: in a book about believing things for what they are and not for who tells them to you, the author chooses to prove nothing about himself. The argument must stand on its own, like a structure that resonates regardless of who upholds it.

The trust this book asks for does not rest on the signature, but on what can be verified. Every claim comes with its sources; every chapter invites the reader to check, not to believe. Whoever reads is invited to judge the text by their own standards, like a scientist examining a sample without knowing who deposited it.

The silence around the name is part of the pact: it seeks no notoriety, only a collective push toward a shared truth. If what is written here is true, it is true no matter who says it. And if it were not, no signature could save it.
